Rate for international calls depends on the country you wish to call but with very low rates if compared to other providers.
All calls will be rounded to 3 minutes because of using our toll-free number.
You are buying the cheapest way for domestic, long distance and international calls, as, it can be used from land line, cell phones or even a payphone.
You will receive all the required information to use the service (account ID number, account PIN number and how to use the service instructions) via email only.
We will not ship any physical card, therefore, no waiting time for a shipment to arrive.
We accept PayPal or Credit/Debit card payments, so, you can feel free to choose your preferred payment method.
Your account balance will never expire, so, you can save your money.
Our Service is provided through a toll-free number for free without any fees or charge at all from our side.
You can use the calling card from any payphone in addition to land line and cell phone.

It was the only option available for my bf to be able to call me from the rehab and it works so far I just think it would be nice if I could get whatever funds were left over refunded to me on my credit card because if you’re not in a place like that you’re not going to need a prepaid calling card everybody has cell phones there are no payphones anymore there is no long-distance anymore

Love the product even with the problem that for some reason calls are limited to 7 minutes. Others using the same pay phones at the same facility with the same ClearTelecom calling card product have no call minute limitations so not sure what’s up.

The product is fine. However, everything else caused problems. After receiving a couple of solicitations for a one-time reduced cost opportunity, I went to the suggested site and tried to make a small purchase with the given code. 45 minutes later, I still wasn’t sure that I had succeeded. The website was not user friendly to me. But, I figured you’d call, as specified. Two days later, I was called hours before dawn, while I was sleeping in Hawaii. At that still dark moment in time, I called back to verify. I was told everything would be okay in 10 minutes. It was not. i received a series of emails telling me that my purchase was not verified. So I called again. This time my verification came through in a few more emails, but I was not given credit for the code, cr20-15. I was also advised in the future to go about this in a different way. Most likely I was dealt with as a different customer than the original one seeking the discount. All in all, I received more than 10 emails, 8 or 9 are still in my inbox; spent an annoying 45 minutes on the original website order; was awakened out of a deep sleep; had to make two phone calls which required wait time, very early in the morning; and did not get my minor offered price reduction.

I ordered this card specifically to call from a pay phone. My girlfriend is in rehab and only has phone access from a pay phone. I gave her the toll free access numbers and pin. Lets see what happens.
UPDATE: Everything works GREAT. Super low fees. No connection fees. 100% Totally worth it.

Customer service was exceptional!!! I needed to purchase a specific card to only be used on pay phones. A friend is in rehab and it’s critical for patients to have time to talk to family & friends during their treatment process, but as a patient you cannot have money and purchase you’re own cards. I went to Rite Aid and picked up two calling cards for my friend, but that $50 purchase was riddled with extraneous fees for pay phone use. Although.the staff is always helpful, they unsurprisingly weren’t aware of the fees that would deplete those cards. It was such a relief when I contacted cleartelecoms.us because they had a wide range of cards to meet specific needs like my need to purchase a local to local pay phone calling card that’s wouldn’t be depleted by fees for using a pay phone. The staff assisted me through every step, and I was able to relay the calling card’s activation numbers just minutes after purchasing the specific card I needed for my friend.

The Pay Phone prepaid card works great! I have yet to have any issues with any of my calls and the pricing is very reasonable for far less then the other prepaid cards out there. I have to admit, I was hesitant at first because EVERY card I have used from a pay phone has had connections fees, disconnection fee and outrageous per minute fees, but, this card truly doesn’t! You will save a bunch of money and you won’t be shocked when you hear your account balance on the next call you make!

Great value and easy to use. It truly gives you the minutes it says. I had been buying a DG 200 minute calling card but was only getting about 15 minutes of use due to the extra charges. There are no extra charges with the prepaid payphone calling card from cleartelecom.
