You are buying a prepaid phone calling card with a balance of $20 and can be recharged (top up) manually at anytime, so, you pay as you go.
By ordering this item, you will got a new calling card account and if you have an existing account and want to top up (recharge) your account balance, please use the (Calling Time Credit Top up (open price)) instead of purchasing this item.

The concept is simple, and you do get a lot of talk time for what you pay for. My person cam get through to me without issue. Purchasing this was confusing. I could barely hear the customer service specialist who was apparently way over in the Philippines. Her Instructions weren’t clear. I was under the impression that we get the pin number in the receipt. That section was blank. I had immediately emailed customer service and never has received a reply. I got the pin 6-8 hours later. I didn’t know if my person could call right away, as the receipt said that it takes 2-3 days to process. He did call thr next day. Sooo…very confusing process, good product.
