The customer service in WhatsApp was fantastic. Even on a Saturday and no working hours the person helped us to verify the purchase so we were able to get our PIN number and codes the same day of purchase. My family has been able to use this card to call from any phone (pay phone, landline , cellphone) just using our code and PIN. Fixing to re charge (if it’s possible)!!!
