This feature is designed to support faster handling for eligible orders while still protecting customer accounts, payment activity, and service access through automated security checks.
Available anytime, day or night
With this new feature, customers can place orders through the ClearTelecomUS Online Store at any time. The system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including after hours, weekends, and holidays.
When an order passes the automated security check and evaluation, it may be processed and handled automatically without waiting for regular business hours.
How the process works
- The customer places an order through the ClearTelecomUS Online Store.
- The system reviews the order details and performs an automated security check.
- The system evaluates whether the order meets the required processing rules.
- If the order passes the checks, the system may continue processing and handling it automatically.
- If the order does not pass the automated checks, it may be placed on hold for manual review.
Why some orders may still be held for review
Automatic processing does not mean every order will always be completed automatically. For account protection and service security, some orders may still require manual review by our team.
An order may be held if the system detects information that requires additional verification, if the order does not meet the automated validation rules, or if further review is needed to help prevent unauthorized or suspicious activity.
This review process helps us keep the Online Store secure while still allowing eligible orders to move faster through the system.
